Successful started-up of OSV M12 10K MDI in Poland

Last week, our Polish team successfully put into operation a new OSV M12 10K MDI dosing mixing unit. The equipment is designed for casting three-component polyurethane elastomers based on MDI, and includes 4 independent pigment dosing lines and 3 additional component dosing lines, including the catalyst.
A feature of the design of this machine is a massive boom consisting of two movable sections. Thanks to this design, the mixing head can be moved over a distance of up to 4 meters.
