Conveyor Belt Mechanism
To ensure optimal bottle conveyance, adjust the clearance of the blocking plates to be 1–2 mm greater than the bottle diameter. This precise adjustment guarantees smooth and efficient handling.
Cap Screwing Mechanism
When a bottle with a cap is conveyed to the position beneath the pre-screwing head by the main turntable, the pre-screwing head,
along with the lifting shaft of the cap screwing mechanism, moves downward. This action presses the cap onto the bottle and rotates it for one full turn, preparing it for the subsequent cap screwing process.
Filling Head Mechanism
The height and clearance of the filling needle tube should be precisely adjusted to match the height and size of the bottle. As the bottle is positioned beneath the needle tube by the main turntable, the filling head, driven by the lifting cam within the machine frame, will move vertically to ensure the needle tube accurately inserts into the bottle for filling.
