WORLD'S TALLEST SPIDER REVEALED

Bauma 2022, a postponed but long-awaited fair; many expectations but also many worries.

Despite the lack of some countries due to restrictions still present and the renunciation of some of the largest industrial giants, the fair has once again proved to be a great meeting opportunity to make new contacts and show the great quality worldwide of made in Italy.

Palazzani Industrie was present, as always, at this great event, in the outdoor area FS 907 A/1 with a welcoming stand, to receive the many customers who showed up every day curious to know the company's news.

Palazzani Industries decided to exhibit 5 products: the super novelty that everyone was waiting for was certainly the machine that attracted the most attention and questions: the colorful Ragno TTZJ 58, the tallest Spider in the world!

This model was born as a result of strong requests from customers, developing markets and new applications in the expansion phase, and is part of the Palazzani range which already stands out for being the widest in the Ragni sector.

The TTZJ 58 aerial platform has a completely new design, with a double-extension articulated boom system and fly jib and is proposed as a solution for difficult-to-access high-altitude interventions that many applications such as telephony, indoor maintenance/restoration and exterior of buildings, wind and rental.

To give some preliminary data, the Ragno TTZJ 58 reaches a maximum aerial work height of 58 meters and an outreach of 20 metres, with a capacity in the basket of 120-230-400 kg.

Despite reaching such an impressive height, the goal was achieved of necessarily maintaining all the characteristics of Ragno and Palazzani products, namely compactness, lightness, safety, ease of use and agility. This model is still in the prototyping stage.

To the right of our stand, in the white/green colourway, you could admire the new Ragno TSJ 35.1. It is the new model presented for the occasion on tracks and in full green ECO power (AC + lithium battery). Designed in 2022, to replace the previous TSJ 35, the new Ragno offers an excellent aerial working envelope of 35 m in height with an outreach of 15 m. The modern design includes the latest technology for easier maintenance. Available with Bi-energy (Diesel+AC) and ECO (AC+lithium battery) engines.

The TSJ 35.1 offers the possibility of being fully recharged in just two hours, thanks to a three-phase 32 kW wall box, which is the maximum possibility of recharging. The wall box, brought for demonstration purposes, had a type two socket, since it is the most widespread on the market (more than 80% of the wall boxes in the area have this type of socket). It is a type of alternating current, recharged in a single-phase system up to 7.4 kW and a three-phase system up to 22 kW. Alternatively, the machine can be equipped with the "Juyce" accessory which allows you to connect the machine from the 230 V home electricity supply (via Shuko socket) up to the industrial three-phase 32 ampere.

On the left of the entrance, narrow and compact, our RPG 2900 W+ mini-crane attracted the attention of many visitors.

The RPG 2900 W+ bi-energy mini crane is agile, compact and powerful. It is the perfect machine to operate in small and difficult to access spaces, as it has a width of 920 mm and a weight of 2,800 kg. The telescopic arm complete with hydraulic jib reaches 13.2 meters with a capacity of 600 kg. The machine can be transported with a trailer, a 3.5 ton trailer.

In the rear part of the stand, representing the TZX range, visitors admired the Ragno TZX 225.

The Ragno TZX 225 bi-energy is a versatile aerial platform, able to operate on soft ground and delicate floors, thanks to the non-marking tracks supplied. The stabilization is double and each articulated arm is equipped with a double telescopic extension, which allows maximum aerial agility. Lightweight and compact in size, it is ideal for internal and external maintenance, gardening and restoration works.

The Ragno TSJ 30.1 model was chosen as the spokesperson for the TSJ family.

The Ragno TSJ 30.1 in the Hybrid version is classic, light and compact, with a 5-section telescopic boom and articulated upper jib. The rotation of the arm is unlimited in any placement and the pipes are internally protected by the arm. Each stabilizer can be adjusted to 2 different positions, for placement in confined spaces, with automatic self-levelling. It is ideal for construction site work and external and internal maintenance works.
