The Palazzani Industrie Company has decided to reward all its workers - from permanent employees to temporary contracts, passing through apprentices - with an extra bonus of € 1,600.

“We are a company that has been operating in Franciacorta for several decades – explained the Chief Executive Officer Davide Palazzani – we are not an island disconnected from our territory, but we are an integral part of it. Precisely for this reason we want to make a difference and support those who work with us in a moment of inflationary crisis and high cost of living like this.

We know that many companies work hard and help their employees to overcome difficulties. Challenges are the order of the day and we have decided to support even more the people who are part of our group. We want to invest in them because we are aware of the higher costs that all families have to bear, both in bills and in everyday shopping."

The bonus disbursed consists of €300 available on the Welfare platform and €1,300 with various options chosen by the employee between shopping vouchers and/or reimbursement of household utilities.
