RISKS CAUSED BY ARC FLASH

An electric arc or arc-flash results from an electrical short-circuit conducted by air. It is a violent eruption of heat energy (explosion) caused by an electrical source, and able to cause burns or other serious, even irreversible, wounds, depending on the seriousness of the incident.

Protection against the risk of arc flash must be considered a top priority for any installation with a rated voltage greater than 220 Volts
