High standard configuration, worry-free choice

Our machine is equipped with a thermally stimulated laser tube, and the laser power can be customized according to the thickness of the processed material. Commonly used are 130w, 150w and 180w. It adopts a pure circulating water cooling system along with a TEYU chiller, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±0.3℃. In terms of operating system, we use the latest control board and software from Ruida, and are equipped with optical lenses imported from Singapore. In order to facilitate customer maintenance and after-sales communication, all lines are marked with line numbers.

Design highlights

PEDK-13090 has many design highlights.

First, the red light indicator is installed at the laser head position, and accurate cutting is achieved through red dot positioning.

Secondly, it has a cover opening protection function. Once the cover is opened, the machine will automatically stop working to prevent the operator from being accidentally injured by the machine or laser.

In addition, the machine is also equipped with an automatic air blowing function to keep the lens clean, exhaust smoke and dust, and extend the service life of the laser lens. The laser head has an automatic focus function; the body has a reserved rotation axis interface. At the same time, it is also equipped with a warning light and an electric lifting platform; the platform types are available in honeycomb platform and blade platform.

Other design highlights

The blade platform has blade tip protection and rounded sheet metal corners to ensure safety during operation. At the same time, the machine is also designed with double smoke outlets for cleaner smoke exhaust. The design of the receiving drawer makes it easy to take out the cut finished product. In order to facilitate data transmission for customers, we provide USB flash drives, network cables and USB transmission and export functions. The design of the front and rear material ports makes it easy to cut large materials. The level is equipped to facilitate customers leveling the equipment. In addition, the machine is equipped with three sockets for convenient connection of accessories.
