2.3 UV ink has no pollution.

UV inks don’t contain volatile solvents which means 100% solvent-free formulas. Therefore, no organic volatiles are emitted into the air during printing process which meets environment regulations and also eliminates solvent recovery costs.

3.1 Non-absorbent material printing

Such as polyethylene (PE) film, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, polypropylene (PP) film, metal foil and non-absorbent special materials. If these substrates are printed with common solvent inks, they will require a certain amount of drying time. Usually they need dusting, drying racks, or other additives added to the inks. UV inks do not have such problems at all.
