After decades of development, the fiber laser machine has matured. At present, the mainstream markers is divided into fiber laser markers , CO2 laser markers, UV laser markers, flying laser markers.

1. Fiber laser marker

Main applications: mark the required text, graphics, barcodes and other types of graphics on plastics, electronics, metals, ceramics, tobacco and other materials. Fiber laser marker is easy to operate, with the advantages of fast marking, clarity, etc. which greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises. Our commonly used pulse lasers are 10W, 20W, 30W, 50W.

2. UV laser marker

The application industry is the same as the fiber laser marker, but the printed text and graphics will be more precise and clearer. The UV coding machine is mainly used in enterprises for higher requirements on text, graphics, etc. The UV laser systems are adopted when the fiber laser marker is unable to mark the desired effect. Since the ultraviolet laser marker belongs to the cold light category, many products cannot be marked with satisfactory results by the laser marker, but the ultraviolet laser marker can usually do it. The commonly used UV coding lasers on the market are 3W, 5W, 7W, 8W, 10W and 15W.

3.CO2 laser marker

The CO2 laser marker uses a laser beam to mark permanent marks on various materials. The effect of marking is to expose deep materials by surface evaporation in order to draw beautiful designs, logos, dates, logos or texts. Currently, CO2 laser markers are mainly used for applications that require more precise and higher precision, such as food, medicine, alcohol, electronic components, integrated circuits (IC), electrical appliances, mobile communications, building materials, PVC pipes, etc. And other industries. The main advantage of CO2 laser coding machines compared to inkjet printers is that they have no consumables and produce permanent markings.

4. End pump laser marker

The main application industry is also the same as the fiber laser marker, and its performance is similar to that of the fiber laser systems but its peak power is higher.

5.Green laser marker

Mainly used for surface and internal marking of glass, crystal products, ceramics, metals, electronics, plastics and other products. It belongs to the cold light category and is also suitable for some products with large thermal response. High precision is required.

6.Semiconductor laser marker

The laser marking principle of semiconductor laser-pumped all-solid-state lasers (DPSSL) is to use a high-power semiconductor quantum well laser instead of a gas-lamp-pumped solid-state crystal as a gain medium laser cavity to create a new laser wavelength. Alternating mixing should produce lasers with wavelengths of SHG and THG. 7.Online flight laser marker

It is a dynamic marking function developed on the basis of the above-mentioned fiber laser coding type. It is mainly used on assembly lines to mark products for 360 days without restrictions, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the enterprise and saves a lot of manpower.
