The blueglobe CLEAN Plus made of polyamide is the first hygienic cable gland made of plastic that has been successfully certified according to EHEDG. With regard to aspects such as hygienic suitability and cleaning, it meets the high requirements of the following industries: food and pharmaceutical industry, chemical and cleanroom technology. Adhesions of dirt particles, which can promote the formation of bacterial nests, are prevented.
The blueglobe CLEAN Plus made of PA plastic (polyamide) is available in sizes M16 to M32 for cable diameters from 7 mm to 23 mm. It convinces with smooth surfaces, rounded transitions to the key surfaces and achieves the protection class IP 66, IP 68 (up to 15 bar) and IP 69. The sealing inserts and sealing rings are manufactured from high-quality, food-safe plastics according to FDA approval. The cable gland has passed extensive Ecolab tests with common cleaning agents.
