July 2019 at Nanshan I-park，we warmly welcome fellow Dr. Dieter Bimberg visiting Phograin. Chairman Wang Jian, CEO Ying Li, Primary Technical Director Yanwei Yang and Associate Director Hu Xu as behalf presented this impressive activity. Dr. Dieter Bimberg, who is Director of China-Germany Green Photonics Research Center, Changchun Institute of Optics and Machinery, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Bimberg visited the R&D, experiment, industry, demo center at Phograin and he got well known about phodiode R&D. In the following academic communication, Dr. Bimberg deeply understood Phograin's lasting wish , which is leading Chinese Photodiode reaching to the advanced level.
