Pico Electronics Introduces New HCM Series Inductors

The new HCM Series has inductance up to 400 microhenries and current capability up to 20 amps. The Inductors are made with a high µ core. This allows for a decrease in the number of turns for a given inductance and an increase in the wire size. The core also has a high Curie temperature. The HCM Series has 1500VRMS hi-pot and is designed to perform from -55oC to 130oC (ambient + temperature rise). These units are manufactured to MIL-PRF-27, Grade 5, Class S and have MSL3.
