Pieralisi Group at DICA day
On 11th November, 2016 Pieralisi Group has taken part to the DICA Day held in Toledo, for the spread of the innovation in the agricultural cooperative sector.
During this event, Pieralisi Intergral System was presented. This system is a real innovation for the wineries which allows the instant and continuous extraction of clean musts directly from destemmed grapes.
The wineries have chosen this innovative system to reduce the production costs and the processing time and also to improve and enhance the quality of the final product making the work easier.
The day organized by Solagro and the Agricultural Cooperative Union brought together more than 180 companies operating in the wine, oil and food industries allowing them to get in contact with the most modern lines of technological innovation, management and marketing.
