During the fair, Pieralisi booth has been one of the most visited stands, with an attendance percentage of 7.5% more than last year.
Professionals, representatives and onlookers have seen the state-of-the-art machinery and particularly Pieralisi integrated system (SIP) displayed at the booth. This latter has aroused a lot of interest as it is a simple system that can work 365 days a year and offer to the wine cellars the ability to process any type of product (from marc to must, through the must and wine presses up to funds and concentrated lees) without waiting too long.
This patented system is surely destined to become the system of the future and the success during this exhibition has been the demonstration.
