A new industrial reality is born: Pietro Galliani S.p.A. and Pietro Galliani Brazing S.p.A. are joining forces!

Starting October 1st, 2025, the two companies will merge into a stronger, more integrated, and international group.

With 3 production sites in Italy (Vergato, Grizzana Morandi, Binasco), sales offices in Spain and France, more than 100 employees, and an estimated turnover of over €100 million, the new Pietro Galliani S.p.A. strengthens its position as a benchmark in the industry:
- Brazing Division – high-performance, 100% Made in Italy brazing alloys and fluxes
- Industrial Laminates Division – ultra-thin precision laminates in silver, copper, and aluminum
We remain true to our roots, continuing to invest in people, innovation, and sustainability: from the hydroelectric power plant on the Reno River to a circular economy model that recovers and reuses metals.
