In Pimecsa we have our own industrial polishing department.

In this department, we not only polish the agitators that we manufacture ourselves, but also provide service for external requests.

Our staff, with more than 35 years of experience, is responsible for advising our customers and carrying out all types of polishing and roughness processes from Ra <0.1µm.

We can also issue surface roughness certificates.

Pimecsa agitators were installed in the tanks of our partner @Rlm in the Netherlands. Together we find the best solution for each customer, allowing us to reach more sectors. In this case, the goal was gentle mixing to keep the liquids moving. However, choosing the right agitator to optimize the type of mixing required is important.

Pimecsa has designed the project of 3 Agitators for the Semadco company of Egypt. 2 Agitators of 22kW, Ø125mm shaft, length 4.440mm, Axial Turbine type B Ø940mm with 8 blades. 1 Agitator of 4kW, shaft of Ø125mm, length 2.600mm, Marine Turbine Ø450mm with 3 blades.
