Mod. M3010: 1 labelling machine for 12 different jars

Our labelling machine mod. M3010 is suitable for the realization of several applications and, completed with some additional equipments, it becomes a valid ally for those who need to label containers of different shapes and sizes.

The video here below shows you an example of the system created for the application of labels on 12 different containers. The labelling machine provides front and back application on conical jars with labels of various shapes, and wraparound application on cylindrical bottles.

The machine can apply labels up to a maximum height of 200mm (other sizes on request) and is composed of:

– 1 PVC conveyor belt, width 120mm, length 2000mm

– 2 Labelling Heads mod. New3 with supports and regulators

– 1 Electronic control box with touch-screen

– 1 motorized stabilizing counter roller

– 1 no-motorized lateral counterroller

– 1 orbital alignor device with photocell

The study of these lines always requires a close collaboration between our design department and the customer; it is essential to have a complete exchange of information regarding: measures and weight of the container, material and size of the label, hourly output, type of label application, loading and unloading processes of containers.

Our engineers design tailor-made solutions; related to the container and to the label, they study in the smallest details the most suitable solution, also based on the area in which the system will be installed.
