New U.S. office within a modern and functional facility

After 26 years, PND has opened a branch in the U.S., in Clarksville, Tennessee.

After 26 years, PND has opened a branch in the U.S., in Clarksville, Tennessee. Virginia Cascella, the export manager and a key driving force behind the initiative, strongly supported by the Di Prisco family, provided us with further details.
"We are truly delighted to announce the opening of our new U.S. office in Clarksville, Tennessee. The facility is not a warehouse: we have designed modern, functional spaces, including a meeting room for client meetings and a dedicated showroom. We want to offer our customers a hands-on and comprehensive experience: they will be able to see, touch, and test PND machinery directly on site," explains Cascella.
This approach will therefore enable customers to make more informed purchases.
"From an organisational point of view, this office will enable us to organise all our operations in the United States more efficiently, with new on-site management via an agent who is always available and ready to support local clients and partners. All of this is already up and running."
But what new opportunities will this bring for customers and the sales team?
"Our office will truly be a unique space: we're planning an exhibition area open 365 days a year. Customers will be able to test our most innovative and market-demanded machinery first-hand: from the PL4M mango and kiwi peeler to our best-selling universal cutter, model SS8, from the PL1DZ pineapple, melon and butternut squash peeler right through to the MPC countertop pineapple cutter. This will enable us to provide a fairly comprehensive overview of PND's manufacturing capabilities, as well as on-site support and spare parts services."
"This new branch has been set up to ensure a greater presence and, above all, to respond promptly and effectively to customer requests, which are at the heart of our business decisions."
"It also means being able to organise open days, personalised demonstrations and genuine 'hands-on journeys' into the world of fruit processing. We are very optimistic about this new customer service because we will be able to offer an experience that will allow customers to truly understand the value of our products and gain a clear understanding of the footprint of every single machine. It is an important step for PND and for anyone wishing to improve their production lines with high-quality machinery," concludes Cascella.
The warehouse will also serve the South American and Canadian markets.
