Vetrohvat - the wind catcher
Beside the unusual “wind factory” look it is highly efficient industrial scale energy conversion device. As it is based on Vetar wind turbine it resolves all the problems of traditional large wind turbines. It makes no noise, no vibrations, due to large number of small turbines there is no light flickering and most importantly it is much easier to maintain and install which can be done faster and with smaller number of technical personnel.
This is achieved by small size of Vetar 10M power units, as one only weights 760 kg and can be easily lifted even with small cranes.
But this is not all. The most important feature of Vetrohvat system is that its power output can be changed during the operational life by simple adding or removing individual Vetar 10M wind turbines.
Add to this the fact that Vetrohvat structure can be paired with other technologies such telecommunication towers, WI-FI and even solar panels and it seems that Poduhvat have come with something truly innovative and useful.
