Catalogue with even more milling cutters, cutting materials and arbors

Pokolm’s strikingly convenient and neatly arranged catalogue system that encompasses printed issues with indexable milling cutters, solid carbide cutters, arbor systems and technical manuals, the revised POKOLM BOX is now hot off the press.

The range of milling cutter systems has been significantly expanded. All new systems and cutting materials introduced since the last issue are included in the new catalogue and highlighted in the product overview for easy identification as new entries.

Key improvements

The technical data section has been massively improved to make the practical usage of the cutters even more straightforward: the cutting rates for each cutting material and substance are given as recommendations on the machining methods „rough/medium/fine“ in primary and secondary applications, according to compatibility.

On top of that, several sections were rearranged for added clarity. This helped us minimise the extent of the additional pages despite the many new product entries, thus saving resources.

The range of arbor systems has been expanded, too. This particularly applies the COOLCAP® arbors which, being the perfect system to efficiently cool solid carbide cutters, has won over an increasing numbers of operators. To meet the rising demand, the catalogue programme is rounded off by lengths of up to 100 mm and arbors with machine-side HSK 100 connection (form A) und cutter-side Weldon connection.
