High performance reprocessing machine for PP woven industry

The new PP woven pelletizing line is capable to process rejected waste (woven sack, jumbo bags, tapes, fabric, raffia, lumps, scraps) generated from in-house production processes. Recycled pellets will be put directly back into the production line for processing. These recycled pellets can be loaded in high percentages and still produce excellent fabric with good tensile strength and elongation.

Machine has components for cutter-compactor, main extruder, second extruder, and pelletizer. The woven scraps would be shred and compact by the cutter compactor before entering the main extruder. And the main extruder is vented for degassing during material extrusion process. While material comes out from the main extruder, it falls into the wide-open hopper on the second extruder. This process improves the degassing effect during machine operation. Finally, material go through the second extruder and being pelletized to uniformed plastic pellets.

The PP pellets coming out from PP woven recycling machines can be reused again in the production of PP woven. In most cases in circular weaving looms and tapelines.
