The innovative laser technology QTec® patented by Polytec really reinvents laser vibration measurements, taking noise and vibration analysis to a whole new level. QTec® eliminates the root cause of noise, resulting in superior optical sensitivity which allow high-fidelity measurements on all technical surfaces – regardless the challenges on the object surface: from dark, shiny, rotating, moving and engineered surfaces. All QTec vibrometers from Polytec have in common to use this innovative multi-path interferometer principle based on diversity reception, which collects data from multiple detectors, uses this enhanced information from the different optical channels for generating a constantly high signal level by using patented algorithms. The result is an always stable measurement signal, while leaving the test specimen undisturbed as non-contact measuring method. This patented laser technology leads to faster, easier measurement procedures and consistent results for all research, development and production testing efforts.
