preeflow® – the brand in the micro dispensing technology

In order to satisfy the stringent requirements out of the market, the endless-piston-principle technology was proven successful in the micro range (e.g. dewdrop). In this case, the transported fluid gets volumetrically provided at the dispensing tip, absolutely independent of pressure, time and temperature and also pressure stable and pulsation free. This is achieved by a material into the stator, which consists of a mechanical and chemical resistant elastomer. Through this technology and the used material properties fluids with a high material density and viscosity can be dosed reliably in micro-dosing applications.

Beside the described technology and its benefits the preeflow products have more advantages than comparable competitors in the same characteristics. In addition to that the preeflow products have a lot of official documents and certifications (e.g. plug''n''dose) for various fields of applications from the electrical-, medical-, up to the food industry. Through the easy and smart design of the dosing units, the demounting and cleaning is very easy going. For any upcoming issues the preeflow products could be examined, tested and verified in our in-house laboratory. Through an economical and gentle product handling, the endless-piston-principle saves up to 30 % of the dosing medium. Thanks to the precision of the own manufactured components dosing characteristics like the dosing accuracy of ± 1 % and a repeatability over 99 % were guaranteed. With the quality seal "Made in Germany" the brand preeflow® ensures an approximately 100 % German origin of all used components.
