Nozzle inserting machine

Productive Systems manufacture various types of cap assembling machines from 3 part caps, 2 part caps to nozzle inserting machines as well as punch type wadding and folding machines.

Herewith is our attest nozzle inserting machine that unscrambles and inserts nozzles into a deodorant spray cap. The machine also does a flow rate test after assembly and rejects any caps that does not comply with the requirements.

This machine only inserts the nozzle however we can also add a station for assembling the dust cover.
