Productive Systems latest design bagger allows for direct in-feed of bottles from airveyor into the bagger. Especially for high speed lines and unstable bottles to be able to bypass going from airveyor to conveyor and then into the bagger, this allows for better line efficiency, eliminating falling over bottles.
The automatic function allows for the bag to be automatically hooked from a roll in tube form, sealing the back and then the front of the bag after bottles are pushed into the bag.
Productive Systems bagging machine therefore now offer conveyor in-feed and air conveyor in-feed bagging machines that are adjustable to run a range of bottles on the same bagging machine.
