In this instance we were asked to manufacture an accumulation system to accumulate wheelie bins, allowing operator intervention only twice per shift to collect the bins.

We had to design a system to accumulate without causing line back pressure that could damage the product.

We did this by using the wheels of the bottom bin allowing the wheels to turn on the driven chain, eliminating any back pressure.

Nozzle inserting machine

Productive Systems manufacture various types of cap assembling machines from 3 part caps, 2 part caps to nozzle inserting machines as well as punch type wadding and folding machines.

Herewith is our attest nozzle inserting machine that unscrambles and inserts nozzles into a deodorant spray cap. The machine also does a flow rate test after assembly and rejects any caps that does not comply with the requirements. This machine only inserts the nozzle however we can also add a station for assembling the dust cover.
