500°F Composite Curing Oven

Enhanced-duty electric walk-in oven has a top-mounted box heater with 144 kW of heat capacity.

The oven is equipped with two 20,000-cfm high efficiency circulation fans that deliver dual airflow and provide uniform heat throughout the workspace. The airflow volume of the oven is designed to meet strict temperature uniformity requirements. Included with the oven are six vacuum ports, six vacuum transducer ports, 12 Type J thermocouples and one integral vacuum pump to provide the company with a turnkey solution for the composite curing process. With flammable volatiles present in the workspace, the oven is designed to NFPA 86 Class A standards. Features included to meet this standard include safety ventilation, a purge cycle and explosion relief.
