Nazdar Ink Technologies to Showcase Ink Innovations on SourceOne Stand at 2020 ISA
Nazdar will promote its range of wide format 'plug and play' alternatives to OEM inks.
Experts from Nazdar Ink Technologies will be available on the Nazdar SourceOne stand at the upcoming ISA Sign Expo 2020 to field questions about the company's brand new and established inkjet, screen, and flexo inks, as well as its special effects portfolio.
Taking place in Orlando, FL from April 2-4, ISA Sign Expo is a comprehensive tradeshow for the sign, graphics and visual communications industry, show-casing products from vendors in wide format printing, digital signage, vehicle wrapping, LEDs and more.
This year, Nazdar will promote its range of wide format “plug and play” al-ternatives to OEM inks. These products allow end-users to reduce costs with-out compromising on quality when running their Roland, Mimaki and other wide format digital printers. The Nazdar range offers exceptional color and chemistry compatibility, quality and cost effectiveness combined with a seamless conversion process, enabling users to switch one color at a time as they run out, rather than all colors at the initial install. This eliminates the need to perform wasteful ink fill procedures or dispose of unused ink.
The Nazdar 204 Series inks offer a closely color-matched and chemically-compatible alternative for Roland TrueVIS SG and VG Series printers using TrueVIS TR inks. Users can replace the OEM ink as it runs out with the 204 Series ink, producing high-impact, high-intensity colors comparable to the original inkset.
The new Nazdar 184v2 Series ink formulations deliver a close color match to OEM ink, improved jetting stability at high print speeds, and a faster drying time than its predecessors. The 184v2 Series' plug-and-play capabilities al-low users of Mimaki printers running BS4 inks to change to Nazdar 184v2 Se-ries ink without the need to flush.
Nazdar graphic screen-printing inks have been a mainstay in the sign indus-try for nearly 100 years; joining this portfolio this spring will be the new Nazdar 2800 Series Durable Graphic Screen Ink. One of the first dual-cure UV/UV LED inks specifically formulated for the durable decal market, 2800 Series offers excellent adhesion on vinyl and print-treated polyesters, with four-year outdoor durability without an overprint or five years with Nazdar 2829 Durable Overprint Clear. The 2800 Series exhibits excellent chemical resistance, accepts premask, and thermal die-cuts without edge chipping.
Nazdar ink experts will also be able to provide information on the company's 3500 Series and 3529/3539 Screen Inks, which have been designed for long-term outdoor durability on premium pressure-sensitive vinyl films and are intended for exterior applications, featuring excellent weatherability and chemical resistance.
