Kasto Band Saws Make Quality Cut Every Time

Kasto Inc. and Aerodyne Alloys (subsidiary of O’Neal Steel) have teamed up again with Aerodyne’s purchase of the Kasto Tec AC4 KPC band saw

Each Kasto saw’s operating system is user friendly, allowing for reduced training time and a familiarity among all the saws, thus creating a workforce of knowledgeable operators in a short amount of time, the company says. Kasto saws are designed with multiple internal controls to ensure a good quality cut each time, while increasing overall productivity. Kasto equipment makes this possible because of its quality controls within the machines, such as band deviation control and adherences to tight tolerance controls. When automated systems like this are in place, “lights-out cutting” can be accomplished, which allows Aerodyne the ability to cut small and large-diameter nickel, titanium, cobalt and stainless barstock even while there are no operators in the building.
