Core Powered’s coolant-through toolholders and systems eliminate current external coolant line challenges.

The company offers through-spindle coolant for turning and drilling holders capable of 1,000 psi and holders that can be used on non-coolant through-spindles capable of 200 psi. Core Powered’s coolant feed systems are the only ones available to supply coolant feed tools on rigid tapping/threading, two-axis CNC and recess units getting coolant right to the cutting edge.

Core Powered’s coolant-through tool heads and systems are designed to increase tool life, control chips, and eliminate the sudden tool life deterioration typical of external coolant lines on a Hydromat.
