Environmentally Friendly Parts Washer Suits Rugged Environments

Walter Surface Technologies offers its CleanBox Flow, an addition to the company’s Bio-Circle manual industrial parts washing systems

Suitable for the bulk cleaning of small to medium size parts, the compact system is designed for use with the company’s Bio-Circle CB 100 water-based solvent. The two products together provide a safe, efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly replacement to solvents to remove hardened greases, oils and residues in a variety of MRO environments, including shops, maintenance departments, garages, mining sites, sawmills, paper mills, and food and beverage processing facilities.

The parts washer system consists of a sink and flow-through cleaning brush, a basin and heavy-duty pump that circulates heavy oils, greases and contaminants. Its construction and ergonomic design suits rugged manufacturing environments. Accessories include the Bio-Circle air gun for quick drying of industrial parts, the two-level cart for system mobility and a lid to prevent dust and other contaminants from entering the system.

According to the company, this system ultimately helps contribute to a safer and healthier working environment by cost-effectively replacing the need for harsh industrial solvents, minimizing the use of dangerous chemicals that create fire hazards and toxic exposure risks, and also reducing the need for costly waste removal, ventilation systems and insurance policy premiums.
