Freeformer Produces High-Quality, Low-Cost Products

Last year, Arburg made quite a splash when they unveiled their new type of 3D printer : the Freeformer. The new machine was developed in response to growing customer demand for high-quality parts in low-volume batches. The Freeformer can produce functional plastic components straight from CAD files, using standard granulates and without the need for a mould. These advances allow for cheaper cost-per-unit production without impacting on quality.
