This is no more a futuristic vision, thanks to the Nymi, the result of Carbon Design Group and Bionym’s collaboration. For the first time in the World, you can authenticate yourself via a wearable device that guarantees the most secure identification process available.

Nymi functions with an embedded electrocardiogram (ECG) sensor, set on a bracelet. The collected data is then communicated to the locked account via Bluetooth Low Technology. Bionym and Carbon Design Group bet on the end of this stressful situation, the one we all encounter when losing our passwords (and let’s get real, that happens several times a day). Issue solved with a heartbeat, who would have thought so? Design, ingenious technology interacting with identity and proximity, convenience and performance. Nothing less.
