Atlas Copco’ Boltec S is a fully mechanized rock bolting rig, unique to the market. Its release will undoubtedly make a difference when dealing with work to be done in small tunnels and mines. Indeed, as the smallest machine available and with the capability of operating in drifts as low as 2.8 meters and up to 7.5 meters, the Boltec S will ensure that manual bolting will no longer be the only option when performing underneath unsupported ground.
