Bringing together numerous design concepts, Jung is seeking to create an all-weather STOL PAV vehicle capable of transporting patients at 3-4 times the speed of current emergency vehicles.

The unique rotor blades design would be able to transform into road-going wheels if required, doubling the vehicles usefulness.

It remains a design concept for now but who knows it may one-day be used in real emergency situations.
