New MRS-30 Material Recovery Station Automatically Separates Liquids from Solids to Promote Reuse, Recycling

Ashtabula, OH – Recycling product manufacturer MODRoto, Ashtabula, Ohio (www.MODRoto.com), has unveiled the MRS-30 model Material Recovery Station. Designed to automatically separate liquids from solids within a single, self-contained unit, the MRS-30 Material Recovery Station features a proprietary screening panel set inside a leak-proof, bulk plastic container to screen out and capture solid particles and allow liquids to safely pass through and accumulate in the container bottom. When filled to its 30-gallon capacity, the MRS-30 Material Recovery Station may be drained to allow the liquids to be reprocessed and reused on-site while the solids may be sold as highly marketable scrap.

Suitable as a stand-alone system or integrated within existing fluid recycling systems, the MRS-30 Material Recovery Station effectively separates and collects metal waste chips, ceramics, plastics, rubber, swarf and other materials from spent cutting fluids and other liquids. The recycling system is forkliftable without a pallet and stands on a 44-inch x 44-inch footprint. The container color, screen hole diameter and addition of tracking numbers and graphics are among the custom options available.
