New Distance Rings Z1814/... for Individual Height Alignment

HASCO makes mould-building easy – from the idea through to the finished mould.

For the precise alignment of the movement and contact pressure on slide units, it is necessary to adjust the position of the heel blocks accordingly.

The new HASCO distance ring Z1814/... permits easy alignment of the heel blocks on the HASCO mould slide units Z1812/... and Z1813/... without need to dismantle the slide unit.

The hardened distance ring is ground to the corresponding dimensions and can then be used for easy and individual height adjustment of the slide unit, as well as for offsetting production tolerances and aligning replacement parts.
