PROsmart is a new kind of machine to shape environmentally friendly and cost-effective bundles, which are easy to manage!

Goals in developing this new packaging were saving energy and resources, and to increase the buyer's wearing comfort. The currently dominant convenience packaging (shrink packaging), provides the buyer, the seller and the producer considerable disadvantages. On the one hand there are the significant cost and energy factors for the producer. Secondly, it is for both, seller and buyer, a delicate matter to place in inferior quality of foil products in the business, and also transport them home safely; due to the fact that foil can tear very easily.

Banderole instead of foil!

This is the theme. The PROsmart provides the ability to form high-strength and practical packs, which can vary in size. It is possible to form packs from 2 up to 4 bottles.

The PROsmart-machine has a modular design and consists of at least one banding unit with an output of 40 packs/min and a carry handle applicator, whose power is greater than that of the banding machine, so that there's always enough capacity left. Several modules can be connected in parallel - according to customer requirements.

Through its revolutionary design it contributes to a reduction in production lengths.

Application

The PROsmart packaging is practical and stylish! Means of a tear tab products can be picked out easily and quickly.

Using a high-strength and individually printable Banderole a stable and comfortable packaging is formed. In order to allow an easier transport, it is equipped with a carry handle.
