APPLICATION

To prevent harm to the environment, containment berms must be used when storing chemicals, fuels and other liquid hydrocarbons. The size and design of the berm depend on the volume and type of liquids to be stored and are subject to very strict regulations. For this reason, Pronal designed a custom berm that meets the requirement for storage of these materials.

THE SOLUTION, THE PRONAL RETETION BERM

Our containment berm assumes the function of an additional wall for a flexible or ridgid storage tank. In case of a leak, the berm prevents the liquid from getting into the ground and ground water. We simplified the design so as to make it more economical. The installation does not require any special, additional equipment or tools.

ADVANTAGES

The containment berm can be equipped with a filter to separate oil or fuels from the rain water. The filtered water can then be returned to the water network.
