Tamperproof pressure regulator for air: A worthwhile investment
How does a pressure reducer for air work?
If you are active in machine and apparatus construction, then the SaveAir® fixed pressure reducer for various compressed air systems is a good choice for you. On the one hand, it delivers high performance in the machine and, on the other hand, a positive effect in use by your end customers. The applications of the fixed SaveAir® pressure regulator for air are many and varied: from inlet pressure reduction of machines and apparatus to pressure reduction of pneumatically actuated end applications.
Dynamic pressure drops are always encountered in compressed air systems. The factory-set SaveAir® pneumatic pressure regulator provides a stable and constant output pressure even with high input pressure fluctuations. This ensures safety for the application, the machine and the operator.
Pressure manipulation is one of the most common sources of error in pneumatic applications. The non-adjustable SaveAir® pressure regulator is permanently preset to the required output pressure and supplies your pneumatic application constantly and reliably. Pressure manipulations are therefore impossible. A pressure gauge is superfluous, as this pressure regulator is already preset and supplied at the factory with the output pressure you require. This means that compressed air is not used unnecessarily and the downstream components are protected. Thanks to the small and compact design, it can also be used in narrow machines and apparatus.
How does a compressed air maintenance unit work?
A compressed air maintenance unit consists of a filter, a pressure reducer and an oiler. Compressed air maintenance units are the heart of a compressed air system, because they clean the compressed air from liquid and solid components. In addition, they regulate the air pressure and infuse the air with finely atomised oil to lubricate compressed air-operated tools or machines. The performance and service life of the connected tools or machines is extended thanks to compressed air maintenance units - also called filter-regulator-oiler units or FRLs for short.
