Our Testing Process : Pushna''s Explosion Proof Heads

Our 1010PAE-01, FM/CSA Certified NEMA 4X IP68 rating, has been tested and approved for use in hazardous locations - both indoor and outdoor. These heads are fully certified dust ignition proof for combustible dust with IP6X rating, approved for IP68. It has also been certified for immersion in water up to depths 1m, for a duration of 1 hour.

Explosion Proof?

Installing a temperature sensor in a hazardous location requires more than an approved explosion proof connection head. To meet the safety requirements of FM, you must consider the complete system: including the sensor, the thermowell (if required and used) and the connection head.
