1: Leakage alarm

If the leakage occurs in the system and it is not handled in time, the accuracy of the experimental data will be affected seriously, and the damage of the circuit board of the equipment will result in great loss. When there is liquid leakage in the pipeline, red prompt sign will appear on the computer and touch screen after the liquid leakage detector of D150 ion chromatograph detects the liquid, and an alarm sound will be given to remind in time.If the leakage liquid is not treated in 5 minutes, the instrument will stop the pump and shut down.

2: Automatic range

The operation of D150 ion chromatograph does not need to set the range, so it is easy to realize the simultaneous determination of 100ppb-100ppm concentration sample, and the signal is displayed by digital signal μs/cm.

3: Gas liquid separator

In the ion chromatography system, the bubbles in the eluent will increase the baseline noise and reduce the analytical sensitivity. It will also lead to the oxidation of some components in the sample or the degradation of the stationary phase in the column, which will change the separation performance of the column. D150 ion chromatograph is equipped with a micro gas-liquid separator in the pipeline between the infusion pump and the end of the eluent bottle, which can separate the bubbles in the eluent.

4: Timing startup preheating

Before the instrument starts analysis, the chromatographic system needs to be balanced. It usually takes about 1 hour for the ion chromatograph to balance the system from start-up to sample injection analysis. In order to save time for users, D150 ion chromatograph has introduced the function of timing startup. When the user has prepared the eluent (or pure water for the eluent generator), he can set the start-up running time of the instrument in advance (24 hours at most), complete the start-up operation, and set all parameters.

The instrument software is set with "intelligent maintenance". The instrument can switch the flow path to the pure water path, start the pump, set the flow rate to 0.5, and stop the pump after 1 hour of operation.
