NEW CENTRALIZED LUBRICATION: WITH FOLLOWER PLATE

Below we present the second technical innovation of 2019 regarding RAASM centralized lubrication systems.

For those who do not know them well, the "CLS", the "control units" or simply the "centralized lubrication" is applied in the industrial field for the automatic lubrication of moving parts, with the aim of significantly reducing the maintenance costs of the machinery on which it is installed, eliminate machine downtime for lubrication operations and extend the life of lubricated components.

Our new feature is the pump for the progressive system 30 with a follower plate for particularly dense greases. In fact, this tool avoids the creation of air pockets, keeps intact the quality of the grease and uses all the content of the tank, even the one that would remain attached to the walls.

Ideal with grease up to the maximum NLGI 2 degree, it’s available in 3 versions:

with remote control;

with analog command;

with digital control.

The tank has a capacity of 3.5, 6 or 10 liters and an IP 64 degree of protection: all the other main information is given in the dedicated flyer, available in Italian, English and Spanish.
