RAS France at Global Industrie Lyon 2025

RAS France will showcase innovative bending solutions for maximum precision and efficiency from March 11 to 14 at Stand J20 in Hall 6 of Global Industrie in Lyon.

UpDownCenter-2:

The semi-automatic UpDownCenter-2 sets new standards in bending technology. It processes parts up to 4060 mm in length and 600 mm in height without manual flipping. Thanks to bidirectional bending upwards and downwards, efficiency is significantly increased. An automatic tool changer and a high-precision positioning system enable ergonomic operation with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm. The Bendex software visualizes the entire bending process in a 3D real-time simulation and optimizes production workflows.

Multibend-Center ECO:

The Multibend-Center ECO is a compact, modular solution for automatic bending of panels and boxes up to 3060 mm in length and 2.5 mm in thickness. It combines the full functionality of a high-end bending center with an economical and flexible solution. A Magic-Eye platen scanner optically measures the sheet metal parts, while a manipulator ensures precise positioning. This guarantees maximum repeatability and efficiency.
