- servo controlled filling machine ROBOMAT with automatic cleaning autoCIP or autoSIP, without format parts

- servo controlled capping machine ROBOCAP with cap-detection

- optional: Bottle Unscrambler BOTTLEMAT gently, without format parts

Our line concept for automatic filling of highly liquid up to viscous, also foaming products into bottles and containers with volumes ranging from approx. 20 to 1000 ml and capping with press-on or screw caps and closures to be orientated, as well as dosing and spray pumps.

RATIONATOR has been innovative in the packaging machine business for up to 50 years. Furthermore, it has managed to create a name for itself internationally as manufacturer of flexible filling lines with the so-called integrated puck system.
