Process safety in aseptic processes made simple – KUB® clean with GYLON® gasket

Cutting lines, attaching new flange connections, fitting line sections with integrated bursting discs and correcting suspensions where necessary – the resulting to-do list for factory technicians is extensive.

The alternative: a bursting disc, which can replace gaskets already installed within existing tri-clamp line connections.

KUB® clean with GYLON® gasket is currently the only bursting disc, which meets this requirement. If it becomes apparent that additional safety measures must be (retro-) fitted for an existing process, an existing tri-clamp gasket can be replaced by a KUB® clean bursting disc without any further modification to the line. The long list of tasks described above for the factory technicians becomes superfluous. KUB® clean safeguards processes quickly, simply and reliably. The secret lies in the combination of a high quality reverse acting bursting disc and a special gasket with outstanding durability and service life. Moreover, the gasket integrated into the bursting disc offers exceptional dimensional stability and corrosion resistance. If necessary, the tri-clamp connection can be opened and the bursting disc simply removed together with its gasket.
