Our experience allows us to tackle complexe projects successfully all over the world, providing reliable, tailor-made solutions that are ready to overcome any operational challenge.

In this article, we introduce you to a highly valuable project developed by Olmet Italy, a company based in Treviso which REMdevicehas been collaborating with for years. Building on over twenty years of solid experience, Olmet Italy is a leading international company in the design and manufacture of customised systems for the production of precast concrete elements.
Thanks to an innovative, efficient and passionate approach, the company develops fully automated machinery able to satisfy the most complex needs of the industry.

In this specific case, the project refers to a system composed of four hydraulically operated tilting tables, each measuring 11.9 x 4.6 metres, used for the production of prefabricated concrete panels. The BRICK 09 pushbutton system with Move proprietary technology and Eco/Can receiver was chosen to manage and control the movements of the tables.

The operating functions and graphics of the radio remote control were completely customised according to the specifications provided by the customer, with particular attention to:
• Movement of the four tables in different operating modes
• Activation of the concrete vibrating system using selectors, with predefined intensity and time control

BRICK represents a revolution in the world of industrial radio remote controls: it is the first induction charging pushbutton system, with an operational autonomy of up to 35 hours of continuous work on a single charge. Thanks to the absence of external metal contacts and its glass fibre reinforced nylon casing, instead of the traditional ABS, it is completely isolated from external agents and perfect for use in harsh environments.

This is just one of the many applications where BRICK can offer maximum performance.
