The Compact Multi-Station rubber injection molding machine: an exclusivity by REP!

Through the four molds a much higher hourly production rate is obtained representing a productivity gain of 50 to 100% compared to a single-station 400-ton machine. The flexibility of the CMS concept permits injecting a different shot size on each of the 4 molds, or not using identical molds, or working with 1 or with 2 or with 3 molds only and changing them very quickly (10 min for the 4 molds). The outfit of the demolding workstation makes stripping operations and insert loading easier and easily automatable.

New! The CMS is also available with a second injection unit for dual injection, i.e. with two injection units for molding dual-compound parts (bushings, etc)
