The practical application of the CPR6300

The manufacturer of water treatment agent in Anhui province of China plans to launch a new production line.In order to meet the process requirements, the liquid level measurement in the reactor is particularly important.However, due to the particularity of the reactor structure and the process in the reactor, there are many difficulties in liquid level measurement：

The working condition of the reactor itself is special, the composition of the reaction medium is complex and changeable, and some raw materials are aggressive

 The structure in the reactor is complicated, in order to speed up the reaction process, the medium in the reactor will be stirred at a high speed during the reaction process, and violent stirring will cause vortices on the surface of the medium then it will affect the measurement;

A steam heating device is set outside the reactor. The liquid in the reactor boils with bubbles during the reaction,. The temperature of the reactor medium is about 130 ℃ and the pressure is up to 0.5MPa;

The bottom of the reactor is not flat,it is concave and thus the radar signal is attenuated when the tank is empty.

In order to find a solution, this factory invited three instrument manufacturers including us to participate in the measurement test.Our CPR6300’stability is obviously better than that of the other two trial meters in the one month trial process.So this factory chose our product for the liquid level measurement of the reactor in the new production line at last.

1. Noise suppression function, no fear of signal interference

In this case, according to the process requirements, hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (HEDP), pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) and other raw materials will be added into the reactor, and some of them are corrosive. CPR6300 has been successfully put into use. Based on the unique integrated PTFE plastic encapsulated horn antenna structure of this product, it is corrosion resistant and has good resistance to adhesion conditions.

3. Product configuration "adapt to local conditions"
