AGM PRO – THE NEW DIGITAL ULTRASONIC GENERATOR FOR AUTOMATED WELDING PROCESSES

The digital, Industry 4.0-compatible ultrasonic generator AGM Pro is designed for installation in automation lines and special machines. When developing the new AGM Pro, we focused particularly on ensuring simple integration and easy operation.

As welding processes are well-suited to automation, this ultrasonic generator has been specially developed for integration into automation lines and special machines. Thanks to its slim design, it can be incorporated into small spaces in electrical cabinets, where an innovative cooling system ensures that a low operating temperature is maintained.

The AGM Pro can be easily integrated into the existing system via fieldbus interfaces or digital inputs and outputs. It can be operated via the touch display or the ProConnect web application, which can be accessed via the Ethernet port. This enables you to parameterise the generator, save up to eight parameter data sets, transfer data to other generators, configure system settings, check the generator status and welding process values in real time and start recording welding data.

The AGM Pro ultrasonic generator provides highly precise welding results which – thanks to the generator's sophisticated digital control technology – are also reproducible. Select one of the six welding modes in order to optimise your welding process and ensure perfect results. You can also make use of the amplitude regulation function, which can be manually adjusted between 15 and 100% in 1% increments.

The AGM Pro builds on the technical principles of the AGM ultrasonic generator and has been specially designed for automated ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic materials and moulded parts and for ultrasonic stamping of bumpers. It is also ideal for ultrasonic cutting of non-wovens and technical textiles or foods such as cheese, wraps and cakes.
