Robots build robot at Robital's factory

Robotic welding line for production of external axes

Manufacturing of sliders, positioners and gantry systems will now be done by robots in Robital's factory. The 18 m welding system consists of a heavy-duty slider, transversal and vertical positioning of robot, a 15 ton single-axis positioner and a 5 ton double-axis positioner. In parallel with Robital's quality goals and the idea of carrying out all manufacturing processes in-house, the welding line will cut production times tremendously and enable shorter delivery times.
